Wrote a really good piece today on my excellent community bank legal issues blog, BankBryanCave.com, regarding the state of the banking industry in Georgia in 2015 versus 2005. While all of the talk is about the consolidation of the industry (not incorrectly), we’ve actually significantly increased the number of banks that have 1% or more of the deposit market share in Georgia.
